ocwen has sent me a modification agreement to my Loan for me to sign, if i agree to sign it i give up all my rights to pursue anything from them but if i dont sign it i could be forced into forecloser on, based on prior servicer fees, previous bankruptcy expenses and legal expenses they are charging me . I'm not behind on any payments nor have any been missed,I have called them many times and it doesn't do any good, calls are rerouted to a call center in india, where you get someone you can't understand, and you get no where. They tell you their research team will get back to you and it could take up to 15 days.

Why is this Company allowed to Operate in this Country and where is the Goverment to protect it's people from wolves like this.it just goes to show you the little people have noone to stick up for them.

homesaver program

AUTHOR: Tonja - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 13, 2008

Dear T. Labanz,

How is that Homesaver program working out for you? I hired a company with the same name (not saying it was them) to negotiate with Ocwen 3 years ago, and not only did they rip me off as well, they made my mortgage go 2 months in arrears and my payments were $400 more than I was originally paying. They say they will get you a modification, but not necessarily one that you will accept and if you dont accept the terms that they work out, they consider their job done and keep your money. Just be careful!!! Each state now has non profit organizations with special funds to help homeowners, find the one in you state and talk to them before you pay anyone any money.

Hire an Expert!

I too was in a similar position. I was pretty much forced to sign documents for a loan mod or be foreclosed on. I chose not to sign and hired homesaverprogram.org for help. Everyone in their legal department is very helpful. I don't how they could deal with the incompetent people in OCWEN that pretends they don't know what's going on every time you call.

They used their bully tactic and threat to foreclose to get their way. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING until you consult with a professional. Don't risk losing your home!! Just an honest opinion from someone who has experienced this type of nightmare!!!

There is Help!

This is a pattern that Ocwen engages in. They create confusion and bogus fees and ruin your credit so you cannot refinance. Go to www.loansafe.org and get advice from the professionals there. They can advise you how to fight them or advise you if you need legal counsel. Time is of essence as Ocwen wants to foreclose on you and will if you do nothing. I am a victim of this company and you need to educate yourself on all of the scams and fraud. Exposure on this great site of ROR is so valuable and Loansafe can help guide the homeowner. You are not alone so fight these crooks.

OCWEN A BIG RIPOFF TO THE CONSUMER,NO LAWS FOR OCWEN

AUTHOR: Darla - (U.S.A.)

In case anyone else has had dealings with ocwen federal bank (no longer a bank) known now as ocwen loan servicing company, changed name so they would not have to be under the rules and regulations of the division of thirft supervision any longer, Can not understand how they can hire over 280 agents in india, japan, tiawan, and send our personal information to them outside of this country. if it is in the united states then why shouldn't the call centers be as well with people who have the ability to change and keep track of the information we have regarding the loans.also how can they charge all these fees and never take peoples homes and force them into foreclosure, and nothing be able to stop them and no where to turn.
