First let me say I like the Mitch Gaylord program. It is the order process and follow through that is atrocious. I tried to order by phone and got so many sales pitches I hung up. Never got a confirmation e-mail thought it did not go through. I really wanted the product so two weeks later I ordered on line got an immediate e-mail confirmation good to go! About three weeks later I say two entries on my card for Melt it off I called, they said it had already gone to shipping but they would refund for one if I sent it back. The shipping and handling is equal to the cost of the product, Go figure?

Two weeks later I finally got the product. I decided to give the second one away. Now the "free trial" of boost pills that you get and have to cancel before they send you more. Two weeks after getting the package I got another entry on my card for two melt it off for $30 a piece. Called the service center again, of course they would refund my money. If I got the package all I need to do was to send it back. No refund, but two weeks later the pills came. I sent them back three weeks later no refund call the company they had not processed the return two weeks after I sent it back and they said that they were presenting another charge to my card for $20 because there was a two payment agreement fee????

I am so upset they are a rip off , and it is a shame because the product really works. but not for $110.00 for something that was supposed to be $14.95 plus shipping and handling.
