Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I ordered several items from the website 'http://www.handsnpaws.com/' and waited patiently for 3+ weeks until I decided to write them an inquiring email. Instead of a polite, professional and reasurring email I got the nastiest and most appalling response !! After reading other reports it seems like it's the same person answering emails because the obnoxious tone and more than willingness to cancel an order seems to be the resolution of choice to any inquiry. If that's how they handle their business and clearly thrive on conflict I am more than happy to report them and will go further if necessary since I still haven't gotten my money back.

MY ORIGINAL INQUIRY:

Question: Where is my stuff???

Details: Hi ! I placed my order on April 9th and still haven't received it. I know you guys were closed for about a week but it still doesn't explain why my package hasn't even been sent out yet (I assume it wasn't since I didn't get a shipping confirmation). At this point I would like to cancel the entire order because I'm afraid that by the time I get it my dog will outgrow her outfit. Thank you

THE RESPONSE:
::Response::Your order confirmation explains it quite well. 1 to 4 week processing time and we've been closed for a week. You ordered April 9. Today's May 1. It's just simple math. There was no deadline in your order so it was processed in turn. If you had logged in, (Since you bothered setting up an account) you could have seen that. That would explain it. But what would explain your lack of reading comprehension and nasty attitude? Poor upbringing perhaps? BTW, we cancelled your order. We don't do divas here. Next time ask nicely. So your 'stuff' as you call it.....it's somewhere else. But it won't be going to you! Lol.


MY SECOND EMAIL:
I am actually really appalled at your response !!! Are you really serious ??? I worked in customer service for many years and I never heard of such atrocities ! When a customer is inquiring no matter how upset they are (short of cursing) you do not pass judgements on them and call them a 'diva'. You absolutely do not insult them which you did and for which I will not let you get away with. I was asking nicely, saying 'hi' and 'thanks' and simply am not used to waiting a whole month for an order. I did not read '1 to 4 week' processing time because I don't have time to read every small print and note you guys put on your site. I am really disgusted with this whole situation because after all this time I forgot I even placed an order and sure enough you guys took out the money 3 weeks later and overdrew my account. You should have notified me regarding processing my order so I would know I needed to transfer funds in order to cover this as I do not like to keep money in my checking. I really do not know how you guys expect to stay in business treating your customers with a lack of respect. Perhaps I came off annoyed because my account has been overdrawn, however, that is irrelevant and it does not constitute anyone returning a message of such disrespectful and childlish content (LOL? are you in HS still...). Believe me, you're not hurting me-there are plenty of other sites where I can get the SAME merchandise. Moreover, now that I know I am dealing with a business ran by complete unprofessionals I will make sure none of my dog loving friends will ever deal with you. PS/ I am expecting my money back right away. If not, I will put in a fraud claim so please take this seriously.

::Response::Sure sounds like you're hurting. That's one long assed email. BTW, we only read the first line. You're over the limit. Try to write back concisely please. Can't spend three days on your email and there's no order number to boot. Have no clue who you are. Sound like a nut case. We may have to block you honey.
