Ultimate Puppies Starmye Halpain Horrible Breeder Hulbert Oklahoma

This Breeder showed me a Puppy. I put a deposit on the Puppy of $300.00. I paid the final $1450.00 and she shipped the Puppy. I received the Puppy at the Airport. #1 the Puppy was not the Puppy I ordered from the Picture's she sent me. # 2 the Puppy was very sick from day two on. I have spent a lot of money on this Puppy making her well. She has a Heart Murmur, her back legs are very week. She has a Parasite called Giardia, and Kennel Cough. She has been on Medication from day one. This Breeder didn't care about her. I asked her to reimberse me for some off the Medical Bills, she refused. When I told her the Puppy was not the one I ordered, she claimed the Airlines switched the Puppies. Then she had the Husband threaten me. This Woman runs a Puppy Mill. She could care less about who gets her Puppie's. She Breeds multiple Breed's and even sells to Pet Shops and Auctions. She has even sold Puppie's for $1.00 at Auction. How sick is that. Please don't buy from this Breeder. Please BEWARE. I fell I saved this Puppy from a Life of Hell. She would have Bred this Puppy till Death. She needs to be stopped.
