MRI Overseas Property mis-selling,lies and deceipt 29600 Marbella Spain Nationwide

Nearly 3 years ago I went on a viewing trip to Cyprus.I have to say I was well looked after whilst there -but they wanted my money after all!!!!

I signed a contract for an off-plan villa,having been told that the builder paid the bank interest on the draw downs of the mortgage loan.This was THE MOST IMPORTANT detail ,in my making the decision to buy.

Contracts were drawn up,but nowhere on them did it state that the builder would pay the interest!I was told that the deal was with the builder and the bank ,so did not form part of MY purchase agreement.I did feel uncomfortable,but proceeded assuming my lawyer was in control and all was above board.

When the day came to sign over the villa,i was told i WOULD have to pay the interest.The builder said he had not signed anything and would not communicate.I have e-mails from both MRI and Emily Lemoniati confirming that the builder would pay!E-mails apparently hold no legal bearing in Cyprus.

I have since found out that Ms Lemoniati is in fact the BUILDERS solicitor as well as GIRLFRIEND.
This was a breach of practice on her part to take me as her client and also for MRI to take me to her as an INDEPENDANT lawyer-there is no way they could not have been aware of these connectionsas i found it to be common knowledge in Paphos.

The lawyer does not respond to e-mails nor take telephone calls ,despite the astronomical fee charged and MRI also have become invisible.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH MRI-GO OUT INDEPENDANTLY,RENT FIRST, AND LOOK AROUND!!!
