Contacted Sandra at 1-800-Pack-Rat LLC Moving and Storage for a relocation from Las Vegas, Nevada to South Texas.  The cost was more than renting a U-Haul or Budget truck but thought it would be FAR less stressful than driving everything myself.  I was promised a delivery date of the 1st of July so I could take my time in finding a new place.

On June 25th, a Friday, I contacted Dale at 1800PackRat to give him the address to deliver my container and was informed that he could NOT locate it and it seems to be LOST.  Dale told me he would find it and call me back in a few minutes.  Two hours later, I called Dale back and got his voicemail.  I called back on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, all to NO avail.  Finally on Tuesday, the 29th, Dale calls. 

My container has been found and is on its way to Texas!  I gave him a small piece of my mind for leaving me hanging for FOUR days and gave him the address to have my belongings delivered.  Now, the container cannot be delivered for over another 10 days?  It was finally delivered on the 16th and picked up on the 18th.

Much to my dismay, 1800PackRat even charged me an additional $193.55 in claiming that my 30 days had passed.  On Tuesday 8/3, I receive a call from Val with the promise of returning my $193.55 as "she had personally approved the return of my funds and should be in my account as we spoke".  Trying to be "nice", I explain the ongoing dilemma.  When she asked me what it was that I wanted, I told her that I would not be satisfied with atleast half of the money I had paid returned to me as MY satisfaction is not present in this transaction and I had paid double what it would have cost me to simply move it all myself. 

Val claimed that she would look into this matter and call me back on Wednesday or Thursday at the VERY LATEST.  Friday approached and no phone call.  As I checked my emails, I see that she conveniently sent me an email in place of doing as she had promised.  Her email was a complete brush off in claiming that she was still busy looking into the matter.  Right?  Like it takes 3 days to talk to two people?

Frustrated with their lies, I check my bank account to see if the money had been returned-----what do you think?  Of course NOT!  Another LIE?  Yep! So here is the email I sent back to her:

Dear Ms. Robbins,

  Thank you for the email as I was wondering as to why I had not received the promised phone call you had made to me.  In belief that the $193.55 was returned to my bank account as promised on Tuesday when I had spoken with you as you "claimed" you authorized the return of these funds, I just pulled up my account and much to my utter surprise, there is NO deposit from your company.  I continually seem to be more and more frustrated with "promises" made and NOT delivered by your company.  Please expedite these matters so I may be able to put them behind me once and for all.  I have placed a complaint with the "RipOff" report as I am now getting ANGRY.  This is merely the beginning as I cannot seem to get the point acrossed to the proper authorities to get this matter RESOLVED and if America thinks "Satisfaction Guaranteed" means they will be "happy" with your services offered to them, then America needs to know the TRUTH!  For $2250, I will yell until hell freezes over! America WILL hear ME!  With the technology of today, (((Redacted)))" -- in which I just purchased, will become the vehicle of my perseverance.  I hope I am getting my point acrossed to you as I am truly running OUT of patience and I KNOW how to reach America!

This is exactly what happened to us as well. 

They say something you want to hear and then we all know it is a lie. 

They are scam artists here. 

There is no one to complain to. 

Never a way to get resolve. 


I am filing complaints everywhere on this company as I see this is what they do to people. They lie, about everything.
