Dealing with this company has been a nightmare from day one.  They advertise cheap domain and hosting services, but when you sign up, you get a different deal than you thought.  The service is horrible, their tech support is a joke, and they start harassing you to pay for things you didn't even order!

Then after they have your credit card number, they double and triple charge you, and charge for things not in your plan.  Their money back guarantee is not honored.  If you try to cancel, you get server errors and then they block you from accessing your account so you CAN'T cancel!

If you try to transfer your domains, they provide invalid confirmation numbers and prevent you from transferring, in effect holding your domains hostage.

They don't send you bills, communications, or notifications about ANYthing, only more ads for their services. Then they send your account to a collection agency for money you don't even owe!  What a scam!!!

I have filed complaints with all the relevant agencies, including the FTC, BBB, Attorney Generals, and they have NOT responded to any of them!  They don't care about all the complaints against them, they are too busy stealing money from people and think they're so big that they're immune.

They need to be held accountable for their unethical business practices and shut down!
