1040now rip-off - doesnt do what promised  Internet

 i went to the federal IRD website to file my taxes and 1040now was a site to use to file - i reason i chose them was they stated free state filing for my income level

i had 3 to file (federal and 2 states and they were "simple" forms (meaning just the basic stuff like regular income and standard deductions)

i went through all the steos to file all 3 (federal and 2 states) and they all said that they were submitted. after a couple days i went back to their website as well as the federal and state sites - 1040now said submitted for federal and 1 state. none of the federal or state sites were showing anything.

contacted 1040now customer service (online only because no phone number contact)said only 1 state can be submitted at a time until the first state was submitted and accepted.

they charged for submiting the states and yet they only submitted only 1 state. the 2nd state kept showing NOT SUBMITTED even after i submitted it several times

federal and the 1 state phone support recommended that i refile using a different servie.

they have no phone number for support. they have online support (with is very slow (if at all) and the "claim" phone support for a charge which i tried but it said not available

they charged to file the 2 states even though they claim that for my state and income level it was to be free. i am in middle of disputing the charges for at least the 1 state return because even after 5-6 days (first filed on friday and refiled on wednesday) they were not show any of them as being accepted (or submitted for the 1 state) - when i refiled with different service they showed as accepted the next day
