I had ordered the Extreme Acaiberry trial size. I noticed they (the Acaiberry company) had charged my account $89.31 with in a few days. I had not even recieved the trial bottle that I had orignally ordered.

So, on December 1, 2008, I had called to cancell my order and have my money refunded, I STILL DID not RECEIVE my Trail size bottle. The Supervisor I spoke with, TOLD ME the money would be back into my account by December 14, 2008. IT WASN'T..

I then called again on December 18, 2008 and the Supervisor assured me that it was in the banks posession, but the bank normally takes an EXTRA 3 to 5 days to clear. She PROMISED the money would be back in my account by Monday 22, 2008.

So, here it is December 24, 2008. The money IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. I called and of course raised total hell.. The first guy I spoke to told me that all Supervisors were in a "meeting" and told me the money would be refunded in my account by December 30, 2008. Of course this WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME, so I called back 2 more times before I reached a SUPERVISOR.

She again, told me the money would be in my account by DECEMBER 30, 2008.

The Cancellation process and refund process has been successful as I have been told 2 times prior to my phone calls today, and now their telling me, my claim has to go threw the "process" AGAIN....????

It was then, I looked under your complaint section. But instead of looking under EXTREME ACAIBERRY, I looked under the name of the people who deducted my bank account. It appears as follows:

I am very disapointed in myself. I have NEVER been threw this before, and there is only a few places I TRUST to order online, and ACIABERRY/14SLIMTABS is NOT one of them.. I think I have learned my lesson on online ordering.

I can clearley see that I am not the first person in this scam. If I do receive my money by December 30th I will be sure to leave a message.

But if not, I realiaze it's only $89.21 but $89.31 is a lot of money when you have people taking it out and still haven't RECEIVED ANY GOODS OR SERVICES.. ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL? And I still haven't received my trial size bottle yet.....Can I start a Civil Suit? Anyone with the same problen can email me at joann(((RDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))), maybe together, we can make a difference.
