Do not purchase services from them!  They will take your money and never provide what you paid them for.  This is a huge ripoff and I find it hard to believe they are #1 like they claim.  They do not honor ANY of the promises made by the sales person or on the website. 

They will take your money to provide a custom service and never follow through.  Account managers do not contact you within 24 hours like they say.  Had to call them on day 3 and talk to someone.  The account manager that was assigned finally called 5 days after the purchase.  They never followed through with staying in contact and never presented any custom package as promised.

When you to call to complain and tell them you are not satisfied with the company they tell you it will take 3-6 months to see results.  So you need to pay $2400-$5800 BEFORE you see any results from them.  What a ripoff!! Then to top it off they do not honor the 100% money back guarantee SEO services they boost about on the website.  The only time they seemed to call us was to ask for more money and when we said we were not happy no one would call us back.  Funny someone was always available to collect money but no one was available to deal with the customer on any other issues.

In doing research and a google search on this company I found dozens of the exact same complaints.  So we are not alone in them taking money and giving you nothing for it - no service, no product, no return phone calls.
