I ordered some orchids and they were promised to be delivered by a certain time. it was importantant they they arrived after a certain time which was guaranteed and reitirated by their sales person.
the flowers did not arrive when promised and sat on a truck for 4 days until they were finally delivered. as you can imagine by the time they arrived they were wilted and ugly.
1800orchids basically told me too bad and that i should take it up with the courrier. after repeated calls for a reasonable solution i was told i would receive a credit but that also was a lie.
i eventually had to file a chargeback and was able to eventually get my money back (with no help of 1800orchids).
i will never do business with them again and i suggest you don't either.
