I ordered 1 shake and they sent me 5 and charged me $349. Giving me the run-around for returning. Their website says the product is guaranteed but then they told me it can only be returned if within 30 days. The shake tastes like chalk and doesn't keep you feeling full even though it is supposed to be a meal replacement. 18Shakes are a big rip-off!
