On October 30,2017 Frederick Ragsdale Jr. borrowed 15,000 from me for an investment property. He promised my 15,000 plus 25% in approximately 3 weeks. It has been almost 6 weeks and nothing. The property address is 7641 S. Essex ave. Chicago Il 60649. Fred is a scam artist please be aware of doing any type of business with the man.
