1st Art Club On february, 8th, 2013 I made via 1st Art Club website a 213.60 purchase with Mastercard. So far, I got back no product, nor answers to phone calls or e-complaints Dallas Texas

On the day february, 8^th, 2013  I made via the website 1st Art Club a purchase with my Master Card charging worth $ 213.60. That amount, as detailed invoice sent to me then, included the purchase of $ 153.,0 a 20" x 24" 23-0528 Motherhood - Madame Lebasque and Her Children by Henri LeBasque reproduction, and other $ 60 for the shipping via fedex playback from their deposits to my home, in Argentina.

So far, not only have I not received the product, but I have not been heard in my phone calls nor my e-complaints. Following their instructions I sent e-mails on 3-1-13, on 3-3-13 and on 4-3-13.

They say in the website that they have offices in Dallas and New York, but I cant go there to complain. And they also say “Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back”. (Funny?).

I don t know what else can I do. Any suggestions?
