Since the very beginning this bank has had to reverse fees that were unjustly added to my account and when the employees see this many of them get angry because they know that their system is questionable however the I am told that because so many of the fees have had to be reversed that I am not elligible to get any more reversed and am still being unjustly charged for things that I shouldn't be. I receive direct deposit from the dept of treasury and this month out of $402.00 I myself was only able to spend 80.00 because the other had been taken by this bank I have banked here since 2004 and this has been ongoing . There needs to be something done to stop this banking institution from the things that they are doing.

fees for what

Hello Jansa,
In all of the time that you've been getting charged fees, did anyone at 1st Convenience ever tell you what the fees were for?
You really already sound like a desirable bank customer. You choose to recieve your dept of treasury benefit via direct deposit instead of a paper check. It is more expensive for banks to process a paper check as opposed to receiving an ACH deposit.
Usually when a customer has an incoming monthly direct deposit of $100.00 or more, most if not all acct fees actually are waived, just out of appreciation of the direct deposit relationship.
If 1st Convenience can't tell you what the fees are for, or offer to refund them, I would suggest you leave them for another bank, or as some other folks from this site have recommended, a credit union.
