1st Credit Of America - MYPERFECTCREDIT FIRED 1ST CREDIT OF AMERICA!! ripoff, Chicago Illinois

YOU GUYS WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS!!! I am, perhaps the only one here on this website, that has been able to say that I battled and won against 1st Credit of America. I had to involve an attorney and the Attorney General for the state of Nebraska, but 1st Credit of America admits that they stopped collections against me 7/26/05. Funny though, those thugs continued to call my house, up until last week, with their strong arm tactics and harassment. Duh, I don't owe money to them, but their collectors still won't back off.

ANYWHOOOO.... the Attorney General's office called me today. "JP" is the initials of the person who has been dealing with the 1st Credit thugs since the AG became involved. JP said that, "MyPerfectCredit fired 1st Credit of America." Furthermore, he went on to explain that 1st Credit of America is not allowed to collect on any of the MyPerfect.com accounts. This includes mine, YOURS, and anybody's.

The reason MyPerfectCredit.com fired 1st Credit, according to the information that I was given, was because of the amounts of consumer complaints called in to MyPerfectCredit.com reporting the way 1st Credit was treating people and attempting to collect debts from MyPerfectCredit.com delinquent accounts.

THIS INFORMATION IS TRUE!!!!! PLEASE, contact your state AG and speak with them about this, especially if you continue to get calls from these thugs after the fact that they have been fired by MyPerfectCredit.com.
