You got scammed...

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

When you hear "MoneyGram" the first thing you need to think is SCAM.  As MoneyGrams are basically untraceable.  That "test question" you provided enabled the receiver to get the money without providing any ID.  The e-mail address you wrote them to was an anonymous e-mail where anyone can create any name they want.

You can also guarantee that the name he(or she) gave you was not their real name.  Since Campo is close to the Mexican Border, the person probably lives in Mexico and comes across the border to pick up the money.  So even if you knew exactly who it was the chances of actually catching him/her would be next to impossible.

By the way if you are just looking for a duplicate of your diploma you could have contacted your school and they would have ordered you one.  The cost would have probably have been around $50.

2008 Real Diploma Printing Inc." Just wondering.....

You don't state what kind of course you took or what type of diploma you were supposed to get.  If you are trying to get a diploma from something you have done to achieve it, then why would you need this company to print one for you?
