As it says right on the first page:
There is a 19$ one time only application fee payable upon submission of application.

This is NOT a ripoff.
Don't go smearing the names of companies that have their terms listed in plain english just because you don't like the terms.

I have a low opinion of most quick loan companies because the amount of money that has to be paid back is more than many applicants can afford and this creates a perpetual cycle of people borrowing money, paying it back and then borrowing again and so on. At some point the practice of paying back $260+ for a $200 loan every couple of weeks is going to break the borrowers financially.

With that out of the way, 200Cash is up front about the loan application fee and the fact that you will pay whether or not you get the loan.
