I am embarrassed of being a part of this program I have been in this program since it started the founder and head is Jon Scherling he started a program called 2010 Blessings where he has like 25,000 people enrolled I was okay with this man until a few days back some guys in the program started a team attempting to help others the way they were doing it was everyone taking turns to receive gifts I actually opened a board with their team I had noticed on facebook too that they also were going to join another program too so a lot of people were interested in that as well, all of a sudden Jon Scherling kicked them off his program claimed they were breaking rules I just think he was mad because everyone was happy with them but what really blew me away was i guess he got on the phone with one of them and thats where i was surprised because the conversation was aired on the internet by Jon what I got in that conversation is that this man is someone you don't want as a leader he cursed them, called them names and threatened to use their personal information to go to their house and beat them up also he mentioned that he doesn't use payment processors in his program because the United States Government would trace the money, he also said that the $10 fee that was sent to him is for you to have access to his back office but he is keeping it from the government so they won't track it. It seems like now I have trust issues with this man he is getting rich off everyone, I think that fraud, he is a rip off and a person with violent tendancies he can take your info and go to your house or send you unwanted things, or put your family at risk I know you should be careful with the internet especially with Jon Scherling. There is a URL to this recorded call you should listen to this so called leader I will never work 2010 Blessings again. here is the url

HOW??
AUTHOR: Fortunes Page - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, January 25, 2013
I have done my research on some of the things stated in the negative reportings of the 2010 Blessing Cash Gifting community. First of all i don't know how it would be a scam for me to give a gift or donation to someone I know or don't know.. Second, I don't understand how deciding to give a gift under ur own will is not legitimate esp if there are no expectations. Third, i have witnessed soo many gifts being exchanged in my life, whether it be Christmas, B-Days, Weddings, etc... and have never seen anyone write off those gifts during tax time. Forth, to give a gift to a family member, friend or associate, you don't even need a blessing community to that but this community makes it that much easier to keep up with. Fifth, I have read the Publication 950 gifting law and it clearly states that Currently, you generally can give gifts valued up to $13,000 per person, to any number of people, and none of the gifts will be taxable. However, gifts of future interests cannot be excluded under the annual exclusion. A gift of a future interest is a gift that is limited so that its use, possession, or enjoyment will begin at some point in the future. If you are married, both you and your spouse can separately give gifts valued up to $13,000 to the same person without making a taxable gift. If one of you gives more than the $13,000 exclusion, see Gift Splitting, later. Example 1. You give your niece a cash gift of $8,000. It is your only gift to her this year. The gift is not a taxable gift because it is not more than the $13,000 annual exclusion. Example 2. You pay the $15,000 college tuition of your friend directly to his college. Because the payment qualifies for the educational exclusion, the gift is not a taxable gift. Example 3. You give $25,000 to your 25-year-old daughter. The first $13,000 of your gift is not subject to the gift tax because of the annual exclusion. The remaining $12,000 is a taxable gift. As explained later under Applying the Unified Credit to Gift Tax, you may not have to pay the gift tax on the remaining $12,000. However, you do have to file a gift tax return. More information. See Form 709 and its instructions for more information about taxable gifts. Meaning if the someone gave you $13,000.01, the .01 has to be reported... not the $13,000. http://www.irs.gov/publications/p950/ar02.html#en_US_publink100099451 Like anything else in this corrupt world, everything has loop holes if done the accurate way but thats up to the Judge or Jury to decide. The real scam artist are getting over on so many ppl who feel that they can recognize a scam its not even funny. Sixth, i would beg to differ if any of the nay-sayers were to tell me that if someone was to generously send them a gift of $25 cash in the mail, paper work or not, you are not going to report that to the IRS, if a married couple wakes up to go to work and the husband gives the wife cash to put in her gas tank or even better, Lunch Money... you are not reporting that. I can repect everyones personal opinion on the community that I am so honored to be apart of but still in fact, theres on one that can tell me that giving a gift to a family or friend is illegal or non tax excluded. The only way i can even truly listen to the non-sense if you were to tell me that you have never sent a single person a gift in your life or remotely write off every sinle last one. And please let me touch on the $10 admin donation. Mr. Jon S. states that we don't even have to send it to be apart of the community, it is our choice. Wow. Just in case you over read it... WE DO NOT HAVE TO Send the $10 if we don't want to. If just seems that there is a number of ppl talking about something they have not even experianced. Seventh, i ran it by an outstanding Attorny and after they expressed how great the community was, they became a member and is very excited. Now, I may have been gullible a few times in my life just like anyone else, not to mention skeptical but everything I have researched has not given me a reason to question any further. Eighth, I do have a job and a lot of other things goin on in my life and being Lazy isn't one of them. Ninth, If you do not like or want to be apart of the community, just don't do it but there's no need to bash anyone or anybody that have add 2010 Blessings to their life, Further more, theres so many other ppl you can attack that will get your rocks off. Last, every single last member that I have invited to the community has been blessed in ways that you obviously don't understand. Majority of the time, the gifts being gifted are going directly to ppl I know rather than ppl I don't kno. I love reading everyones post because it just makes me feel that much better about making the decision I made because we all know that anything thats worth having is worth talking about... Now go back to the rat race, which you call a job. :) God Bless and Many more blessings to all of our community members... To the others, Im in the center of a wheel right now so if you want to join, let me know and I'll send the gift for you and you won't have to come out of your pocket at all!

Reliable Resources Regarding Cash-Gifting Scams, Pyramid Scam: Mr. J.Scherling
AUTHOR: HowPyramidsSchemesThrive - (United States of America)

Here are some reliable resources about cash gifting from our lovely government.
Anyone who takes cash & does not document or report it is breaking the law. It doesn't matter if he called it a gift or not, or whether you signed that bogus a*s release of liability form or not...none of this is legal. It is not a non-profit & it is not a business. Either way, this guy hasn't paid no taxes on any of the $10 activation fees since he began this company in 2010. Understand this is called Tax Evasion.
This dude does not have anything legitimate going on...whatsoever.

Why Cash-Gifting Is Illegal & a Pyramid Scheme:
"Cash gifting schemes are the quintessential example of a pyramid scheme. Instead of selling products, cash gifting schemes forego the sale of products and just give people cash, but the premise is the same - like other pyramids, cash gifting schemes are based on the amount of people recruited. Generally, these gifting "circles," "clubs," or "groups" encourage participants to pay a substantial entry fee (which can range anywhere from $500 to $5,000 or more). This entry fee will guarantee the participants a place on a chart of members. The participants will move on the chart every time they recruit more people into the "circle" or "club." And once the participant moves enough on the chart, they are "guaranteed" a large payout.
Gifting schemes operate under a variety of names, as con artists that start these schemes are endlessly creative in their quest to con a lot of people out of a lot of money. But most gifting schemes follow the general pattern outlined in this alert. Pyramid schemes, including cash gifting schemes, can become popular very quickly, because early participants often receive their payout as promised. Those participants that receive their money then relay their success stories to prospective participants, and the cycle continues. The problem is that eventually the pool of new participants runs out, and the pyramid collapses, and very few participants actually receive any money. Once a pyramid collapses, everyone, except the initial con artist that started the scam, will have limited prospect of ever getting their money back." Unfair Trade Practices & Consumer Law:
http://doju.tripod.com/laws/PA_law.txt
I will quote the LAW in Pennsylvania: Source (see above):
"(xii) Promising or offering prior to time of sale to pay, credit or allow to any buyer, any compensation or reward for the procurement of a contract for purchase of goods or services with another or others, or for the referral of the
name or names of another or others for the purpose of attempting to procure or procuring such a contract of purchase with such other person or persons when such payment, credit, compensation or reward is contingent upon the occurrence of an event subsequent to the time of the signing of a contract to purchase; (xiii) Promoting or engaging in any plan by which goods or services are sold to a person for a consideration and upon the further consideration that the purchaser secure or
attempt to secure one or more persons likewise to join the said plan; each purchaser to be given the right to secure
money, goods, or services depending upon the number of persons joining the plan. In addition, promoting or
engaging in any plan, commonly known as or similar to the so-called "Chain Letter Plan" or "Pyramid Club". The terms
"Chail Letter Plan" or "Pyramid Club" mean any scheme for the disposal or distribution of property, services, or
anything of value whereby a participant pays valuable consideration, in whole or in part, for an opportunity to receive compensation for introducing or attempting to introduce one or more additional persons to participate in the scheme or for the opportunity to receive compensation when a person introduced by the participant introduces a new participant. As used in this subclause the term "consideration" means an investment of cash or the purchase of goods, other property, training or services, but does not include payments made for sales demonstration equipment and materials for use in making sales and not for resale furnished at no profit to any person in the program or to the company or corporation, nor does the term apply to a minimal initial payment of twenty five dollars ($25) or less;"
The $10? Makes the initial payment $35 ... IT IS ILLEGAL NO MATTER HOW YOU SPIN IT JON Scherling... It's illegal because you're not paying taxes on the $10, it's illegal because it's a pyramid scheme, it's illegal because it's not within the cash-gifting guidelines, it's illegal for many MANY MANY other reasons but mostly because that $10 you so GENEROUSLY accept.

J.Scherling Is A Scam Artist NO DOUBT!!! 2010 Blessings is a SCAM!

For every one of your posts back to me, I will continue to fight you with crediable, reliable sources & information readily available to the online public for them to research and understand on their own.
Here is what I will say to the 2010 Blessing Community: in the "sales pitch," it was stated the founders (4), on being a pastor (the main founder: Jon Scherling).
What church do you belong to? What are you a pastor of? Why haven't you answered any of my very valid and relevant questions? Why do you think you are not doing anything illegal? Because no one has prosecuted you yet? What you are doing is straight up illegal and there is nothing negative about me saying this to the public.
Because it's called, freedom of speech...not that you know anything about freedoms...not that you have done anything respectable for your country.
As long as you keep responding to my posts, it will continue to show those whom are suspecting minds, researching what 2010 Blessings REALLY IS & What kind of person you are.
People who are positive and respectable who have integrity would not respond in the crass, immature manner you respond. You claim to be some big online marketing entrepreneur... LMAO OMG that is hilarious...there is absolutely nothing legitimate about you.
There is nothing you can possibly say to change my mind or others who will read this post and I am making d**n sure no one else falls victim to your BS.
Keep talking...we...the real positive people...are out here...rolling on the floor laughing ... because we didn't believe there could still possibly this deep level of stupidity that existed ... it's shocking to me that you think by setting up all these social networking profiles that you are somehow legit...
Yooo homie...I peeped your little company you be claiming: Smart Media Technologies... that ain't real son... where your company's website? Where the business located? Where is your LEGIT ANYTHING?
You don't have legit responses, you don't have legit thought processes, you don't have no kind of answers to any of my valid questions...
You just a little squirrel out here trying to get your nut and you see this "negative" traffic about your scam and .... oh s**t, you can't be having that can you? Oh no... You gotta get on here and try to "nip it in the bud"...
YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST COLLECTING ON Vulnerable PEOPLE.... your reign, Pastor of WTF Ever...Oh yea... You are a Pastor of Scamming ... --- your reign is about to be over.

How dare we care enough about someone else's well being...how dare a whole group of people get together, in a community, to help out our fellow human beings! There is a "product" that changes hands here...it's called the satisfaction of knowing you are helping someone who needs it. Wow, do you have all the facts on the matter of what we do huh? You know everything there is to know about Jon right? Listen and listen good before you open your mouth about things you obviously have no clue about.
Did your Grandmother get arrested for giving you the spiked Fruit Cake when you was a kid? Would you in fact be scared of the Law to take money in a store grocery line if in fact you were a couple bucks short? I hardly think so. As far as Taxes are concerned, "soldiers" arent tax attorneys my friend and by the way you wrote your propaganda, I dont think youre educated enough to make such bold claims.
Are you a member of this group you "know" so much about? If in fact you were you would PRAISE the whole idea I assure you. Educated people only speak of what they KNOW to be FACT, you couldnt possibly be in the know as you are a very strange talking guy. Probably affiliated with the clowns on Youtube.
It matters NONE what you say on these posts my friend as we are above all this here and we dont do NEGATIVES. We are moving on to greener pastures so to speak in just a little while so all your typing was all for naught. Talk trash all you feel necessary to, that will not change anything as it has been tried many times as it is totally legal to participate in an activity as a group and we are not going to keep sitting here wasting time and effort on this dumb site that scammers run and post other scams and cry and whine about what works and what doesnt and how they got ripped off and blah blah blah. NO ONE GETS RIPPED OFF AROUND ME NOR MY FRIENDS AND MEMBERSHIP LEADERS. Find the real rip off and go for that, stay in your army fatigues and hide in your closet instead of coming here and getting a verbal beating.
Whats your agenda as I know all the clowns that make these statements have one? Did someone take your lunch money in grade school? You like others who have posted negatives are ignored when it comes to what we choose to do. Next time choose your battles carefully and at least make sense.

Plain and simple. Many websites, run by private citizens, ask that you donate to their website to get full access to said website. Nothing says scam there. Heck, even SternFanNetwork asks for a donation for full use of their site. You simply give someone a cash gift, and maybe you will one day get a gift back...maybe. If not, you have helped someone.

Why "Cash-Gifting" Is Fruitless
AUTHOR: HowPyramidsSchemesThrive - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 24, 2013
Good Morning All!
After being approached about the 2010 Blessings from someone close to me, I decided to go online and do some research about what 2010 Blessings was all about based on the information given to me.
What bothered me about this cash-gifting operation was this: the paper work. The paperwork given to me to sign regarding the, "gift," how it worked and what guidelines to stay in ...all said to me, "You must sign and release all legal liability when you give your "gift" because this low key is a scam worded in such a way to avoid Taxation and the IRS."
Anyone who only wants a CASH donation and does not have a viable tracking system for the donations...is really just taking candy from a baby. Even churches need to report the money given in the collections or offerings... what makes you think as a tax paying person you can circumvent the system of taxes? Why? Because you signed a piece of paper that said you gave up all legal liabilities when giving your specific gift amount to a specific person? No, actually it doesn't...signing that paper doesn't mean CRAP if there is no legal documentation or notary signed with witness...
This guy, Jon...is straight up a hustler...
I read most of the rebuttals on this ripoff report and I have to say, "Following The Rules," really doesn't mean anything when the intent is to get money from people in the first place. The only reason this whole thing is still going is because there are still very gullible people in the world who think they can get something by really doing nothing.
Nothing comes free in this life accept love. If you want money, get it the correct way, with a moral compass pointed to true north. Set up a fundraiser, hold an event where people aren't being convinced to give their money for some monies doubled out of no where.... oh wait, it's not no where.. it came out of YOUR $25 gift!
For all you people out there hurting for money... we are all hurting for money. "Get-Rich-Quick" schemes are still very prevalent in the 2013 societies, people in this economy are doing whatever they can to hustle real quick and make a cheap buck.
Do something positive for yourself, like invest in your education, background, help your fellow man...share real love... not this wolves in sheep clothing...
Real money (that lasts), comes from real work....not soliciting people for $35 and telling them you can turn it into $100, then $200 or more...and more and more.
That is just the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
The way this program was presented to me: it was originally started by four people, one was a pastor. I looked up Jon Scherling... HE IS NOT A PASTOR... I looked at the Blessing City Website and YouTube Videos... this dude is a freak'n joke... he isn't a pastor... he just another Pittsburgh hustler out here in the economy try'n to get people's money cuz he too lazy to get a real positive grind on. He gotta dupe vulnerable and gullible people with his legal circumvention to avoid paying taxes mumbo jumbo blah blah blah.
This whole 2010 Blessing, is NOT a Blessing... It Is a Cash-Gifting Scam. Straight Up.
Did you not notice on the paper anything legit about his organization? No, because he's not legally allowed to. What the hell does that tell you about a person? Hmm??? Come on people... Think about it.
He does not have an EIN # with the IRS, if he did, he would have to tell you he is a business...of some kind... either non-profit or profit... this is obviously not a non-profit...it's for PROFIT. If it is for profit, he has to pay taxes...where is the information about his company??? It does not exist. Your $10 just goes to a P.O. Box he set up to take your money.
This guy with his hat backwards, flash'n money all ghetto in the video below... I know this dude cannot be a pastor... No Way In Hell...

Here is a site to what Cash-Gifting Is & Why It Eventually Fails (but Ol Jon still get that $10 activation fee though... right..).
http://www.cashgiftingwatchdog.com/basics/what-is-cash-gifting
Stop giving your money away.... it's too easy for people to do these days via the internet, youtube & websites with just a little bit of seed money...this guy has been doing it fo far too long...
Sincerely,
Highly Concerned Soldier

Its been a few months since my last post but I def wanted to give an updated report of 2010 Blessings and how its been going for me and a few others! This community is absolutely LEGIT! I have never been more comfortable in my whole life. When I last reported it we were at about 58K members and now over 100K and counting... So far I HAVE NOT LOST ANY MONEY being apart of this community so i really do not understand where the scam comes in and why ppl continue to report it as such... There is nothing to it but continuous blessings and gifts and a group of CARING, LOVING, Ppl helping ppl with INTEGRITY and HONESTY! I have now been involved for 7Months and have introduced it to majority of my family, friends and associates. I would like to give a positive word to the nay-sayers.. you can not fully understand what you have not at least tried or been apart of, so please stop with all the negativity because it is all that some of us have. When I first joined, I too was very skeptical but me, like a bunch of others have been proven wrong! Jon S. isn't the community but WE ARE! Someone can put you in a boat but its up to us to do the paddeling. I LOVE IT! God Bless! #TeamMovingForward (Not Looking Back) #Swurd

The only thing that matters here is Jon Scherling doesn't get ANY of the money that you gift. It goes directly to the person who's in need. There's no scam, no ripoff, nothing at all except giving a gift.

It is def more of a blessing to give than to receive. I am a new member of the community and have been for about 3 months now. This community has been a great help to me, my close friends and family. It was stated from the beginning that you have to follow the rules, regulations and guidelines of the community to become a valid member and if not followed, you then will be kicked out and will not be able to return.
Its kind of funny how ppl continue to refer to this program as a scam or Rip-off because i have received not only the $25 gift and $10 donation i put in but multiple continuous gifts in a short period of time. I borrowed the first $25 from my mom because I ddin't have a job or steady income so she invited me to da community and it was such a blessing.
I was able to give her the money back and have been able to help and become a blessing to others. This truly is a ppl helping ppl community and if done the accurate way, could and will potentially change your financial situation. There is no middle man when it comes to this cash gifting community. We are actually gifting directly to one another with out any expectations which is something that you could and have done with family members, relatives and next door neighbors, whether it was a Bday, Christmas or Wedding card with cash in it.
I would like to thank Mr. Jon S. for shaking the bugs out of this community in order to help make a way to build HONESTY & INTEGRITY in today's world of thinking. You are very blessed and God has his hands on your life along with the other now 58K+ members. I am on my way to gifting more ppl and will continue to do so... #TeamMovingForward (Not Looking Back) #swurd

I would like to make a comment based on the various posts I've been reading concerning 2010 Blessings.
It's evident to me that great effort is being taken to cloud the real issue Jon Scherling is clearly pointing out.
My introduction to the 2010 blessings community came by way of a good friend and business colleague. Like so many people I was curious, yet mildly skeptical about doing anything on-line, so being urged by my friend and based on his trusted recommendation I decided to become a 2010 member.
What I was surprised to discover was a warm environment with a friendly administration that actually anticipated my needs, making a smooth transition into this new concept of giving, receiving and helping others find strength within a community.
Very few activities and even less people were what they claimed to be and I'd finally discovered something honest and real that I could do completely on my own terms.
That concept has not changed nor has the hard work and dedication of the 2010 administration and in particular Jon Scherling.
Though I'd not met Jon personally prior to becoming a member, I've had the pleasure of getting to know him better through my personal course of action within his community.
I can assure you, ..His Integrity Has NEVER Been In Question.
In Fact, the reason 2010 Blessings stands true today is BECAUSE of Jon's high measure of integrity.
Rules were broken in his community and he did exactly what any administrator would have done. I would have expected and respected nothing less.
The rules to 2010 Blessings are posted clearly and any member of long standing is of course going to defend the true intention of this community and it's members.
Spamming is illegal and a violation of more than just simply posted rules.
To entice another member into jeopardizing their own account or engaging in activity outside of established rules or guidelines is definitely cause for dismissal, period.
Doingso with the destructive intent of spamming a member who believes they are in a safe community environment is unconscionable.
The bottom line is We have a system administrator who believes in and will take whatever measures are necessary to protect and defend his community members and I for one appreciate that level of commitment.
I feel confident in knowing that Jon Scherling will do what is best for 2010 Blessings members now and in the coming years as this community will only continue to flourish.
I'm a long standing member in the 2010 Blessings community and more than that, I know the kind of man he is and I'm proud to call Jon a Friend and Associate.
My Best Regards,
Dean Hart

This will never end will it? thats ok though I feel I should comment because I am authorized to I would never call 2010blessings a rip off thats #1 and #2 I agree that the community isn't for me, being that people in the community feel the need to continuously send me threats via email and facebook, I would not call it a ripoff however I do agree with the founder having a dirty mouth. also I don't agree with the lies that have been created, I am not at all bitter about not being a member any longer I am ok moving on and I've spoken to some of the members I was concerned about and they are still there so I feel alot better, my suggestion to some of the 2010blessings members is quit the threats you can make all the videos you want say all the lies you would like, I am confident that I know who I am and what I do. thats it! say anything and everything you want theres just one thing I do ask for and thats for Jon or his friends to stop sending me threatening messages about coming here and threatening my family thats ridiculous, If that doesn't stop then these guys are only going to get themselves in legal problems, regarding anything else 2010blessings, simply the best team unity so on and so forth do what you please. just don't send me messages I am not interested. share your lies with your people. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE. I will not be checking on this report and your responses nor do I care what negative things you have to say. I just think that maybe you should talk to your people and advise to stop sending me threats for no reason, now that is illegal! again... do whatever it is you said you were going to do to my name I am okay with it I have no worries, I know what this is really about. so handle your business. but please I do not want to be contacted or threatened by any of you. Thanks ~Ess~

Tell The Truth...
AUTHOR: GregLightning - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, January 14, 2011
This post is so full of propaganda its hard to find where to start ...
Ive known Jon since the inception of 2010 of over a year ago from the crude primitive program it was before it was 2010 Blessing's. We talked then about the shortcoming's of a potentially good program.
He went on to spent large amounts of his own money to automate the boards, hire programmers to put it all together and invested countless hours to keep it all running...We had rebel spammers then too who decided on a different agenda and Jon shut it down for 3 months to rid ourselves of the unscrupulous members involved for their own gain. In this period safeguards were instituted and rethought to prevent later problems.
What these people perceive as a brash harsh individual is actually a person with a passion for helping people through 2010 Blessings. Jon is a very giving person and wants nothing but success for everyone involved.
Creating a team would have been fine but the old tactic of bait and switch comes into play as the capture page describes Simply the Best or Team Unity or whatever you decide to call it...cash gifting opportunity with some sort of one up which in my experience has never worked with any stability or longevity..
This is clearly a deviation as to what the spirit and intend the 2010 Blessings program is all about..This leads unsuspecting new and spammed people down a path of deception, confusion and loss of money Im sure.
It also implicates 2010 as a part of this hokey scheme and this is why Jon is defending 2010 adamantly. This is his baby and like all parents ,Will go to any length to protect it.
You clearly did not read the rules or your powers of interpretation are way off base to even try to defend your actions.
List stealing is nothing new by way of spamming a group through a previous offer but you guys took it to far on top of the pay processor issue you neglected to acknowledge in the rules.
It clearly shows you were on a mission to draw in 2010 members..Take a sizeable admin fee of your own and probably move on to the next unsuspecting list holders offer. Denying any wrong doing was at best a feeble attempt to save face once you were caught and dealt with.
So if any of you newer 2010 members need to see what Internet thugs look like here is your chance..They all have a similar behavior pattern you will start to spot with experience out here.. I've been out here since 94 so I've seen most all of it.
After listening to the call these people are seriously living in a state of mental denial where its ok to do as they wish regardless of established rules.
They should seek professional help so they can define the truth from criminal behavior if they continue to claim they did nothing wrong.
Doesn't it seem odd they continue to justify their actions in continued back biting unfounded accusation posts here but have yet to sign their name ?
That says it all right there.

Here we go again,
I am glad that I am so popular these days. Did you know these posts just keep making me famous? I have done nothing but follow the rules. You never sent me a dime, nor no one that I have invited personally so for you to say these things in response the the truth being told just shows your desperation. We dont want you in our community and that has been made perfectly clear.
Also, did you know that two people contacted me yesterday, both from this site, your post, and now they are members of 2010 Blessings? Thanks for the free traffic for our community. That also goes to show that Ess and Carmelo are NOT professionals as they lie and say to their poor folks to get them into their scams. WOW! Isnt it quite insane?
To knowingly manipulate your so called "friends" and take their money is criminal, not 2010 Blessings. I dont have enough time to come to your house, besides, I am too busy laughing about how utterly stupid this whole thing is. Listen, they wrote a song, it is called "Dont go away mad" and the lyrics go "Girl, dont go away mad, Girl, just go away" those are words I am sending to you and Team Unity Ess.
"Simply The Best" is a bird that will not fly, not to anyone who has a brain that is. 2010 Blessings will be here, EVERYTIME you punch it in the browser, believe me, we are here and have been for going on two years and many have tried this same tactic, bashing me and the community didnt work before and I highly doubt the bashing will do anything more than to get people wondering who we are, and eventually joining us.
Once again I say WOW! I meant what I said in the audio and people love the extreme compassion that it proves that I have for what we do, they arent concerned much with the language. I am human and I am protective of what we have.
Bye bye for now.....
Jon

See, you trashed 2010 Blessings, while trying to start an Illegal Cash Gifting Program due to launch on Jan 28th, and at the same time wanting to stay in 2010 Blessings. But you know what's funny? All of those that wanted to join "Simply The Best" were all from 2010 Blessings. Wow, you are such a geniuses!!!!

My Experience with 2010 Blessings
AUTHOR: Magnum - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, January 14, 2011
I just felt that I should comment on this report regarding 2010 blessings and Jon Scherling. I am not an admin nor am I connected with those who run the program. But I do feel that I need to share my experience with 2010 blessings.
I have been with 2010 since nearly the beginning. I have dealt with Mr Scherling on numerous ocassions and while Jon is no polished corporate type by any means, he has always been straight forward with me. Without Jon, there would be no 2010 Blessings as his past partner (EI) threw us all under the bus and was gonna leave us hanging. Jon stepped in and restructured the program and saved the day (at mostly his own expense I do believe). He has never asked us to do anything but follow the rules. Most cash gifting programs only last for a short while before they crumble. The reason being, that many people don't follow the rules and start doing their own thing and before you know it, the program is dead. 2010 is alive and well thanks to Jon and the rules.
Again, I have no axe to grind here, just sharing my personal experience. I did listen to the call. While I personally didn't care for the language (from both sides), I feel Jon was defending the program and I thank him for that. Without administration that will stand up for the rules and the street smarts to back them up... well, I think 2010 would have been done long ago. On the contrary, 2010 Blessings continues to grow and help people during a tough time.
My experience in the past with Jon is if you talk to him and explain your situation, he will do all that he can to help you. He has always been helpful to me and that is why I am still a proud member of this program and encourage others to join. Obviously it is a program with a backbone and a leader who wil stand to defend it. That is worth plenty in itself.
So, just wanted to chime in with my experience. I am not picking on anyone or defending anyone for my own gain. Just being honest and sharing my opinion.
Have a great day and God Bless!

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds
To Whom This May Concern Regarding 2010 Blessings...
AUTHOR: frohooper - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 13, 2011
First I would like to start off by saying that I am an Administrator for 2010 Blessings Private Community. I have been there since day one when it started. There were rules put into the system to protect our members privacy and their rights.
All of the rules are specifically stated upon the decision one makes when signing up to participate in our various activities. One in particular was broken by 3 individuals, I have no doubt that the person whom posted this originally today is one of them.
Considering it seems that they want yet again more air time, I will speak only the facts of the matter and let the world decide on what is the truth.
The 3 members, Ess Garcia, Carmelo Garcia and Eric Stober were caught breaking numerous rules within the community. We have a voting policy before any kind of punishment for broken rules is handed down. In the terms and conditions, which are posted everywhere within the site itself, as well as in all the pages, it clearly states "We have the right to take your name from the database for any reason".
Although many have broken the rules as well as the 3 above mentioned peoples infractions, we look into the situation and very rarely does a member ever get deleted.
I have all the proof that the 3 people broke many rules, that was never in question. 40+ members had brought the violations to me online in various ways, via Facebook, Skype, emails and even personal telephone calls.
I investigated every notice and gave them all the time in the world to contact me. It is not our duty to babysit members and walk them hand in hand. Reading and agreeing to the terms of what you join is on the person joining the activity.
With this being said we had a vote and all were in favor of deleting all of their accounts for violations that were detrimental and abusive to the community as a whole, we stand by this decision.
After suspension of their Team Unity members accounts, 6 in total for all the same violations, I received a phone call from Carmelo and Ess Garcia. During the first few minutes of the call I was being taunted and threats were made that "I wish I were there and you wouldnt be saying this to me" in reference to he suspensions of accounts. I then knew it was time to not only record the call but to defend myself in the process. The call was recorded and it was vulgar and language that was not my normal chat was used in this call.
The language I regret but the context I DO NOT, I have full rights as an American Citizen to say what I want on my personal phone. I dont respond well to threats.
The whole things boiled down to this, they tried very hard without success to rob the members of 2010 Blessings activities. I would not allow this to happen. The totals of the theft would have been $42000.00 in the very least and this I also have proof on.
Word to the wise, "Simply The Best" is an illegal money making scam, of this there is no doubt, proof can be shown, email me and Ill send it along with the conversation that is raw and un-cut. Guess who is behind this scam? I have mentioned their names here for the last time and our members all know about the whole situation.
As a whole, 2010 Blessings community all are very pleased by this exposure of the fraud from which they came. It goes to show you that people get really vindictive when their hands get caught in the metaphorical "Cookie Jar".
I say to anyone who is breaking any rules in our community, you knew the game before you picked up the pieces, you made the wrong moves obviously. There are no "do overs" if it is written in the rules upon the start of the game. You can either be a winner, or the first loser, you have to figure out which you would rather be.
At the end of the day, 2010 Blessings members are a bit safer from the sharks that tried to preyed upon them for a few months, no big deal due to Administration taking the necessary actions to protect them from the thieves that are online these days.
I stand by my decision and even though I dont like to kiss and tell, I have all the proof of what I have said, I am only an email away my friends.
To Ess and "Simply The Best", I wish you all luck out here and many blessings, dont be upset, 2010 Blessings just isnt the activity for you all.
Jon
