DISHONEST !!! RUDE !!! Makes False Advertising. Lie!!!

I wanted to purchase a TV from this company for one of our customers. It is a newest 55″ Samsung 4k TV that costs in BestBuy $2999. The TV was advertised $2399 w/free shipping, and since our company is CA reseller I wanted to knock out taxes on the price since the TV purchase was for our customer in Nevada. 1st thing that went wrong is that the customer service rep. Mark Omidi (that is what he called himself) said there is no time to take taxes out, 2 minutes left until the end of his work day… we are talking about $2400 sale, and this guy does not have time for a customer…

OK. I made the purchase with taxes thinking I would call another day when there is more time. I placed the order. Waited the weekend, called on Monday asking to take taxes out and check on the order status. I was screamed on, statement was that taxes CAN and SHALL be removed but now I have to pay shipping…

How much is the shipping charge? I asked. $75 and taxes removed… he said. I said OK, however, it is still not a good practice advertising free local shipping and then charging shipping because taxes were waived. Then I got another reply from the guy stating that I HAVE to have a DOCK to unload the TV (50 lbs) and the shipping will be $175 already… I said “CANCEL the order”. Next thing was I got bombarded with emails threatening with reporting to state board, cheating them with shipping charge, etc… this is word to word ……….

“…You are very nice. How good do feel about cheating a reseller. I will notify your information to state board of Eq ( sales tax office ). I have all I need… You are not dishonest. Try to cheat us with shipping charge And sales tax…….”

………….. The grammar could be improved, but the idea is understandable. I have no idea how I cheated the poor guy and the company he works for with shipping charges and sales tax, since I submitted copy of certificate and original printout of order, where clearly, black on white typed “Shipping: $0.00″.

The order was cancelled couple of hours later, however, the day was ruined, our customer that was notified about sale cancel was upset, These people are still in business making money by fooling others. Other complaints on the web saying similar things and PLUS, these people hide the real location address, advertising phony address for their business.

STAY AWAY from these scam bags even though the prices are cheap!!! It is deceptive lie about pricing! That is really honest advise.
