The landlord of this property was spying in on our home watching my young daughters and wife. He had the home outfitted with security cameras for false reasons. Since filing a police report with the OCSD the landlord Deepak and the property management company refused to do a bathroom remodel for the master bath (per the lease agreement) fix the pool, deal with mold in the home, fix anything that was broken and the list goes on and on and on which resulted in our move.

I have all the documentation to prove all claims and much more. It's just too much to write out. After 9 months of dealing with this landlord and his Access Asset Management co we decided to stop paying rent to these criminals and end our lease solely based on the fact that this is absolutely the worst place to live.

Don't be fooled into thinking the home is nice. It is not! Our rent was $4800 a month (which was paid on time every month. Proof also) and we had to deal with ant infestations for the whole duration, black rusty water out of the tub (the only in the home) for several months, and broken everything. The home is run down but worst yet, the owner and property management company are crooks. Currently being investigated by the OCSD for criminal acts using the camera system into the home to spy on our family and for sending a fake/crooked network guy to the home to accomplish this.

Here is the link to the ring doorbell video that I have that caught the conversation between the owner of the property and his network guy who came to our home under false pretenses. They came to SPY!!! and be creeps and watch little kids and my wife in prvate areas of the home.
