I did work for 24 hr preservation & was never paid left them messages & they told me i get paid when they get paid .alsothey told me i breeched my contract cause i did not execept anymore work cause i was not paid for21 homes that i had cleaned

To whom it may concern,
We currently employ/contract over 250 people Nationwide, and have never had a negative response in regards to our role as the employer. This company has always upheld its financial obligations and takes pride in our positive reputation.
Unfortunately, there is no record showing that anyone by the name of James has worked with 24Hr Preservation, Inc. in the State of Arizona. I just got off the phone with our vendor manager for that region, as well as our HR rep, who both verified this fact.
We require all potential individuals to complete an application, master contract, independent contractor agreement, and a 1099. All documents are kept on file for a period of 2 years from the date of dismissal. If this individual did in fact work with us, we would have record of his paperwork.
We fully understand the emotional and financial distraught that James must be going through, however, we do not deserve to be punished for another companies false pretenses. We hope that James can resolve this issue and secure the compensation that is owed to him.
