www.2checkout.com, also using www.2co.com is a middle-man payment transaction company. They are used by at least one company in China (PVM Games) to sell counterfeit products.
Within 24 hours of my purchase I tried to cancel it. Then, again, a week later. www.checkout.com had no problem processing my payment but when it came to cancelling or refunding it they played the shell game saying I had to go to PVM Games even after I pointed out they are in China, have no other US contact info. (other than 2checkout) and wouldn't respond to me. No further response, 2checkout simply 'closed' out my request as if it had been settled.
When the product (a Nintendo DSi) failed worked altogether within less than a month I shipped it to Nintendo for repairs and they responded by affirming it was a counterfeit and therefore could not be repaired. I'm still waiting for a further response from 2checkout.com

2checkout.com, alias 2co.com has since positively responded. They have offered me an oppurtunity to return the counterfeit DSi to them for a refund of the purchase price and sent notes to PVM. However, much to my continued chagrin I had to return it at my own expense, incl sign confirmation and have thus.far ignored.my.request and demand for that reimbursement. They have also made no acknowledgement of or apology for the incident or it's being.a counterfeit product (I incl official letter from Nintendo stating sucj)
