Beware! This venture is operated by Vincent Passafiume formerly of CP Direct. Please run a 'search' on CP Direct to view the numerous complaints about their business practices. I wonder if it's fraud already at www.3pointmagazine.com since the website suggests that there are already 500.000 members.

Defendants failed to inform customers that on Feb. 26, 1999 in State v. Vincent Passafiume et al. Maricopa County Superior Court CV98-19268, the court permanently enjoined Michael Consoli, Geraldine Consoli, and Vincent Pasafiume from directly or indirectly "owning or operating any business in the State of Arizona that utilizes any mail service, print media, telecommunication device or the Internet to sell, offer to sell or attempt to sell any merchandise or service for any consideration" or "placing charges on consumers' credit cards unless and until defendants have obtained written authorization to do so," including "acting through any agent, assign, or representative to effectuate any of the prohibited activities."
Defendants obtained and retained funds from their customer under fraudulent circumstances relating to their business, including

Defendants failed to inform customers that customer credit cards were being charged for product re-shipments, even after customers attempted to request cancellation of further product shipment.
Defendants' money back guarantee was misleading because Defendants operated their customer compaint and refund prodcudures in such a way as to delay, frustrate and prevent refunds to customers.

Passafiume still awaits formal sentencing for Criminal prosecution in July 2003. Apparently, in exchange for his guilty plea and seizure of property, he will only be sentenced to probation. There is also pending Civil action by the State of Nevada Attorney General's Office (Case #02-A-452079-C).
