On 12/27/13 made a deposit for a 10 page website design on www.300sites.com spoke with the owner abe and he mentioned no problem will be completed in 10 days. There was no communication and he kept putting me off saying he's almost done. He asked me to be patient which I was.
On 1/6/14 he text me stating he will have the home page ready. Never received home page. He stated in a text it usually takes 7-10 days to complete when I received this text it was 12 days. On 1/7/14 Wednesday he text stating if not completed by 1/10/14 Friday he will issue a refund.
I gave him to the weekend 1/12/14 Sunday still nothing. As of this day 1/16/14 I have no website and still haven't received my deposit.
