Whoever wrote the rebuttal, "This person is daft?" Whatever in the hell that means, if you KNOW that this person was paid, then let's see the PROOF that this person was paid...shall we?

I am appauled by the comments written about this company. These remarks are aimed at hurting a very good company and product. The person that said this is obviously daft. I know this person recieved payment for her services and these remarks are blatant lies.

This is just further evidence of what a predatory company 380 Guide/380 News is...the copied from emails, starting with first update correspondence, and ending with last update correspondence.

You can come by and pick your check up today between 2-5 at the office, I will need you to bring back media kits and contracts and black folder that you were given when you started also I will need you to sign a copy of your phone calls stating that they were for business use. David, this is an ambush. If you have the printed documentation of the phone records, then you already know that I had to make 2 or 3 personal calls from the phone, because I did not have a personal phone for 1 1/2 days due to water damage. I think I had to call my kid's school, and my mom, and childcare for my daughter. I'm sorry but those phone calls don't cost anything. And even if you do not have unlimited minutes, those calls did not cost very much. If you want me to pay for the phone calls I am happy to do that. If you want me to return the black folder and the media kits I am happy to do that. But I am not going to walk into an ambush and sign something so you can turn around and sue me over 2 or 3 personal phone calls. I will still continue to pursue the payment because it is owed to me, in court if I have to.

...And there was no immediate reply to that email, unlike the others. Email is great, isn't it? It never goes away and leaves a documentation trail. And one that can be published to the internet. All for 149 dollars.
