I went to 39Dollar website because I had searched online for glasses at a decent price.  I checked out the warranty to see if it would be worth buying from this company.  (The warranty reads: 100% Online Quality Guarantee. Prior to shipping, each pair of eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses are inspected by a certified technician to ensure the accuracy of the prescription and proper alignment of the frame. Further, they are packaged in an attractive, durable hard case for protection. We unconditionally guarantee all our frames and lenses to be delivered exactly as they were ordered and free of defects.)  I wear the Progressive lens since I need to see up close and far away.  I picked out my frames and gave them my prescription information. I had a coupon code, so the total price I paid was $78.00 which I thought was a pretty good deal.  My glasses arrived very quickly.  I put them on, and at first they seemed fine.  As time went by, I noticed my eyes were hurting as if strained.  I was not happy with the close up vision, which is at the bottom of the frames.  It was such a very small, thin line, that I had to hold my head a certain way to be able to read anything up close!  It was very uncomfortable and there is no way I could read a book for any length of time.  I decided to wear the glasses for awhile to see if I just needed to get used to them, but after 5-6 hours of continued use, I had a major headache.  I sent an email to the company explaining the problem but I never got a reply.  I decided to write a letter and send it back with the glasses. Since I could not wear them, I wanted a refund.  After a week, I called them to see if they had received my glasses.  I was told that they went through their inspection and had passed!  I don't know how that could happen, since they hurt my eyes, so there was no way the prescription was accurate!!  Since they determined that it passed, then they will only give me a 70% refund!!  What a rip off!
