Placed an order for 2 pieces of equipment in Dec/20/13. Dealer wanted $4000.00 advance.The total equipment cost $72,500. Dealer refused to send me a contract. Can never make him commit to a date of delivery. After 2 weeks he tells me he cannot deliver the 2nd piece of equipment. This is when I decided to cancell the order. He cashed my $4000.00 check on 12/30/13.
I sent him 3 e mails requests and many phone calls for the refund. The owner refuses to come on the phone.

This 3D Bio CAD Dental lab runs by another name and it Is B&B Dental Ceramic Art inc. They have different phone #.Owned by the same owner Mr Cho. It says that it is aslo a Dental office. I called them up to confirm. They both have the same address.
