I just had to go and look up 4 Wheel Parts Company Reliability Report available at

www.labbb.com

It reads exactly, "We rate this company as having an Unsatisfactory business performance
record for failing to respond to complaints."

That is horrible, what profound arrogance not to respond to consumer complaints.

Does anyone know why 4 Wheel Parts does not like to respond to consumer complaints
when filed at the Better Business Bureau?

It is because the have to stay within the standards of the BBB. I personally looked at consumer complaints filed by people like me on the internet, they were exactly like mine.

4 Wheel Parts either made them eat the shipping costs or rental car bills when it was entirely their fault because it cuts too much into their profit margin.

Profit before people at 4 heel parts thats how we expand into such a monster so fast.

Well, it is now posted on how to file complaints with the

District Attorney's Office
Consumer Protection Division as well as other entities

Another Blatant LIE............I advise the consumer reading this to look up another company's Reliability Report comparable to 4 Wheel Parts and see if it lists all of the above. I BET YOU THAT IT WON'T.

Marcus, today's people are a lot smarter than yesterdays folks, they can pick up
on your bovine ex. "We are committed to every customer and try to resolve every service issue to the best of our ability."

ANOTHER BLATANT LIE, If you did, then you wouldn't have so many complaints against you,
your a sad individual that relies on a foundation of TRULIES.

Regarding meeting with them, another BLATANT LIE, they refused to meet with me to discuss the massive FRAUD that their company has been engaged in.

Marcus, hold on to your panty hose, I give the major complaints to start hitting you in about
(3) weeks and we'll see how you pride yourself on "service."
