Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Recently I went into 406 Motoring, inquiring about adding some special features to my vehicle. The owner, as I was to find out later, Jason Washington, was unusually cocky, intimidating and abusive. I will never go back into this "business" again and wouldn't be too suprised to see it closed in the next year.
I went to Gomers instead, where I received curtious, helpful and Professional service. Something Mr Washington knows nothing about! If you happen to be female, looking to spruce up your ride, stear clear of the dump on 3rd street! The owner is a very rude sociopath! That is my opinon!

406 Motoring~ wonderful business ethics

Recently, I went to 406 motoring and I received the best customer service of any business in Missoula. I visited other tire shops in town and went back to 406 because of the respect that was given to me as a person not just a customer.
They were very accommodating with my constant request for quotes, product information and phone calls. I am truly happy with my purchase and plan on being a faithful customer. This was the best experience. Personally, it's the only business in town that I trust 100%. I think finding trust in an individual is the most important characteristic and I found that in Jason.
If your looking for a great business, give them a chance and judge for yourself, my feeling is you will be very happy with their professional service.
