411 Locals 411 Services Promised to build me a web site. Site did not include pictures, was crooked and unprofessional. Nationwide

 I was contacted in January by 411 Locals and they offered to build a web site for my business.  In March I had not heard anything from them after sending in numerous photos.  My business season was starting up and I didn't have the web site promised to me.  I was told my account "dropped through the cracks".  They had placed me on Google but under the wrong city.  They also advised a You Tube video of my business.  After watching the video I found they did not use ANY of the photos I had sent.  The web site was also started; however, they had only 2 of the photos.  In fact, most of the photos used were of sailboats, small fishing tackle (I do deep sea charters) and a view of the water with a large mountain in the center.  (there are no mountains in the gulf of mexico).    I spoke with Rafael Nader who promised me he would personally handle my account.  He also advised he would give me two months free.  Considering they had not fulfilled their part of the deal 2 free months for me in 2 months of nothing!  When the billing time came around again I had changed my credit card.  Instead of keeping up with their promise of no charge for 2 months they tried to bill my account.  The payment was rejected by my credit card.  I then receied a text message that my account was "SEVERELY" past due.  I called again and told them to close the account and to refund all monies paid for services because the work done was not completed, couldn't be used and was, in fact, hurting my business as opposed to helping. 

This business charged me a set up fee of $125.00 and $99.00 per month for 1 month before I figured out they were not fulfilling their promise.  I requested my money back but they refused to refund because they "worked on my account".  I advised the work was not professional and was not what we discussed.

The company admitted the work was not correct.  They assigned my account to someone in Bulgaria!!!  The billing department has no idea what the technicians are doing and the "glad hand" people keep making statements like "I understand your frustrations", " I can see why you are not satisfied", " I can see in your file we have not done what we promised", etc, etc, yet they refuse to refund my money.  They are just tap dancing around the problem while the other hand is reaching into my pocket trying to  extract more money out of my account.  The person I talked with today said he could fix it TODAY...Really...if they could fix it today, why couldn't they fix it a month ago when they knew of the problems instead of tasking it out to someone in Bulgaria.  They keep stating they have 7 techicians working on my account....REALLY...seems like somebody could have done something before now.

Don't waste your time with this company.  They take your money and refuse to give the service in a timely manner.  My business cards had to be printed without my web address.  What a waste!!!
