A long story short..
I put a deposit on a car (500.00) based on financed being approved for the purchase. About a week later returned to make a deal. I tried to bater with them a little because of not getting exactly the amount they were looking for($1500.00) shy of what they wanted. Told them simply that is what I had to spend on the car, if you cannot do this price I cannot go any higher sorry but I will not be buying the car.
I realized buy signing and agreement I may loose the deposit, I did asked for it back thinking they might be honorable and possibly sell me on another less expensive vehicle. Turns out no on the deposit return ( I figured ) my bad.
But then the actually tell me I am obligated to purchase the car, they will take me to court if don't buy it. Would not even give me a copy of the original agreement as well.
Not sure what else to say at the moment it happened today, I will be pursuing this of course.
Anyone that may read this that lives in this area steer clear
