This company claims to set appointments on your behalf.
I purchased a basic package for $450 for 8 hours or telemarketing to have them set up appointments for me.
After 8 hours of calling they did not even set ONE appointment for me.
After speaking to Richard he said that "its like a newspaper add, sometimes you get a zero response"
I told him that I did not purchase a newspaper add, I hired a telemarketing service. He offered to sell me some more telemarketing time. I told him that they should have been able to set at least ONE appointment. If anybody picked up a targeted list and called out it for 8 hours they could set at least one appointment.
A reasonable company would want return business and try to have some results from the money paid.
Their customer service leaves much to be desired and there are no refunds.
Be very carefull before trying their service.

We try our best to be transparent and compelling with simple reporting. You will know the quality of the prospect because you will be the one talking with them.)
As a part of our commitment to quality we clearly set expectations in the beginning. The goal of our teams are to get two live transferred calls or two face to face appointments per day. There are campaigns that yield more or less than this but it is a rule of thumb we use in our marketing goals. Most clients are offered a promotion to use the service. All campaigns receive a conference call with the supervisor and team to cover scripting, data parameters, hot call phone numbers, etc
In the unfortunate situation we have a campaign that is unsuccessful we try to compensate the customer with discounts on future campaigns, free data or refunds in certain situations.
