Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have read all these reports and responses but not one have mentioned if they got a refund? I have emailed the company several times with no response. Everything others have said applies to me too. I have asked if they have a buy back program, even if I get some of my money back that would be nice. It was my stupid mistake to spend most of my savings to buy this program. Most all trades made were loosing trades. I want to cancel my feed ($100 month) but was just charged again for another month. My savings/investment money is gone (most taken by this $3200+ software. If there is a class action against this company I would like to be included.

Mr. Johnson, Yes I am a client. Check your deposit from my bank, you are takeing money from me still. It would be nice if you or someone can contact me. I have lost my job and can't continue being charged. Again, I would like a refund on the software and 6 dvd disk package. I don't excpect a fefund on the feed fee. Please help. This is one mistake I can't afford to loose all my money on. When I do get a refund and the feed fee stopped I will make note on this site that I was satisfied by your company. thanks

If you are a 4x made easy software owner and user, and you stated "no one promised you anything", you must not truly be a 4xmade easy customer. No one I've ever spoken to or read a post from has ever said that. We were alllllll promised 4x WAS MADE EASY with their software, and promised to be successful if we just followed the lights!!! Did you miss that part of the seminar/dog-and-pony show???? If there are others who bought this software who also have trouble hearing or understanding, then it would explain why the success rate for users of this software is so poor!

It's no fun being a moron. But it's easier than not being one and having poor judgement or false claims dupe you. The final results hurt just the same.

Full disclosure: I have recently purchased 4XME, and have been through the seminar (twice) and the 1 day training session. I've completed the DVD's and purchased (although haven't implemented 4X Tracker). I've been reading/ following the foreign currency market for 18 months now, and would consider myself to be an "advanced beginner/hopeful intermediate" trader in this market. Yes, there are many free tools available and I employ those on a daily basis. Based on my research, 4XME is probably the most cost-effective tool available - proving to be a reliable trend recognition/confirmation tool when used in tandem with free tools (and the pre-requisite market research one should do before entering any trade), yet didn't require the monthyly subscriptions to the more technical (and harder to understand) data the pros use, which can be add up to hundreds, probably thousands, of dollars per month. I won't begin trading my risk capital until I can prove my theories on paper. Keep in mind that I'm a believer in the "new school" idea of behavioral finance, in that psychological and social conditions (human behavior, ultimately) can significantly affect traditional economic models that incorrectly assume market participants are fully rational. Sometimes reasons for anomolies, irregularities, and irrationalities in the market simply can't explained by even leading economists, or, at the very least, potential reasons are given, but cannont be agreed upon.

All of this said, 4XME is only one tool to use when trading the market. One of many tools a successful trader should be using, none more useful than intelligent, focused research.

To the gentlemant who spent most of his savings/investment money to buy 4XME - you're an idiot. This is RISK CAPITAL! If that's your total nut, you shouldn't be trading this market to begin with, much less shelling out your last 3 grand to "give it a shot" - you're better off going to Vegas at that point. The cost of this program is a drop in the bucket compared to what I'm prepared, and if I see results - willing to invest in a diversified, profitable investment strategy.

Believing that a software application alone (without a solid understanding of forex market concepts and strategies) will make you rich, is like buying the latest titanium driver on the market and believing it will take strokes off your score (even though you're a 36 handicap who just started playing two months ago and hasn't taken a lesson).

My experience with 4X Made Easy

To all the people having bad luck with 4X Made Easy; that's life people.

Do the research before you go and spend your saving on this program.

They give you 2 weeks to try out the program.

That is enough time to get in some paper trades and evaluate it.

I have relatives that have bought the program.

No, they're aren't happy with their performace.

But it was their decision to buy the program; no one forced them.

There are many programs/systems out there.

Don't get all uptight and mad that 4x made easy didn't work for you.

Learn something from your experience and move on.

I had no problem returning the program for full refund.

I had no problem cancelling my 4x feed.

I had no problem cancelling my tracker feed.

I had no problem cancelling the direct tv feed.

I have made money and lost money with the program and without it.

I had no problem with customer service.

I had no billing errors.

Perhaps, I'm just lucky.

I know people who complained about just every products they buy, get billing errors, and/or bad customer service.

Here is one solution to bad customer service:

just tell the customer service person that the call will be recorded for your record.

Don't give companies your debit card or bank info; give them a small credit card with a limit of like $200.

If you don't have a small credit card; just ask the credit card company to lower your credit limit.

Plus, it is easier to fight fradulent charges with the credit card company than the bank; my experience any way.

Ok, so you bought the program and than it didn't work and eventually you spend a bundle on it.

That's your problem; nobody is promising you riches.

They're providing you tools; it is your decision to ultimately purchase those tools.

In closing, please some save some of your earnings for a rainy day.

Nobody wants to be fired or given pink slip with no saving and than cry about it.

Be financially reponsible.

In this economy of downsizing and overseas job relocation; expect the unexpected.

Please don't put all your saving into this program or any other program.

Research, research, and more research.

Be finacially stable with disposable income before buying any $100, $1000, or $3000 tool.
