I recently bought the 5 Star Medical Alert that is advertised by John Walsh for my mother. It has no reception in our area. They told me it did and kept me going to windows, etc. to charge. That was in Feb. of last year. Today, Nove.17) I called because it kept saying "call failed". Again they lied. Finally, I told them we did not need it to tell us the call failed so dial 911. Any idiot knows to do that. That keep giving me the run around about refunding any money
