I used 500 First Cash in a time of great need. My roommate was sick and needed a operation.
I knew we might need cash fast to take care of emergencies.
I took out a loan with 500 First Cash. I was assured that they would deduct the amount owed on the next payday. They did not, they deducted monies on days I did not authorize, Thus I have incurred overdraft fees from my bank. This has been going on for 6 months now.
I cannot locate a phone number for the company, nor a address. I have no way to contact them to stop this madness. Of course I am embarressed and now mad!
Please help me stop this madness!
