5mtl.com Failure to meet expectations. Atlanta Georgia

I chose to use 5mtl.com based on recommendations for this site having hard to find made-for-tv movies for sale and the FAQ clearly stating that the items are shipped the next day. I made a purchase via the website on July 26, 2008 and my cc was charged and processed that very same day for the amount shown. Two weeks later I had not recieved the item in the mail, and I made several attempts to contact 5mtl.com starting on Aug 4, Aug 7, and Aug 14.

The Aug 14 email included the fact that I was going to contact the BBB of Georgia only to find out that there is no such company in business at this time but they have had several complaints on file. I did recieve a response from 5mtl.com with the following:

Order was shipped and should have arrived. I will reship tonight and email you a tracking number for this. Sorry about the delayed response.

Please let me know when the order arrives.

I sent another email requesting the status of this shipment on Aug 19, and again on Aug 26. I have still not recieved the item, nor have I recieved any tracking information, and I have still not recieved any contact other than the email above.
