5xTrim 600 Scam artist Nationwide

This company called me out the blue and against my better judgment I purchased the produact, they claimed I can earn my money back by pounds I lose, but the terms of purchase were not honored. I was told I would only pay for shipping and I have up to ten days after I receive the product before I'd be charged a one time additional fee. Needless to say it's been over a month and ive yet to receive the product, not only that but I've been charged $109.90 that I was unaware of coming out of my account until I went to pay my bill on my credit card. I tried calling to see what the charge was as neither charge on my account stated 5xTrim and the second charge had a different name and both had different numbers. 

The first representive was severely rude and hung up on me, the second one could careless about my first incident and acted like I hadn't said anything unusual about being hung up on. He then told me I couldn't get my funds back, and that I should enter into the program to earn my money back by losing weight, by this time I could careless about the product and whether it worked or not. Nothing I was told was done correctly, the charges that came out almost simultaneously with the shipping fees and no product. I was basically told several times I could stop asking for my money back because I'm not gonna get it back.

Then when I called my credit card company's dispute department I discovered my card had been used for other fraudulent activities amounting in over $1100 which was declined thankfully. I have every reason to believe this company is somehow involved as Ive had this card almost four years now and I had to destroy it and get a new card after dealing with this company and they will be getting the charges reversed. I will never do this ever again... They were rude, dismissiv, and flat out liars, beware of 5xTrim because they are not all of what they seem.
