We have looked into the situation and found that our chat representatives did try to assist you in this matter by suggesting to clear cache and cookies, using Chrome as a browser instead of Internet Explorer (since our games work best with this browser) or by changing the device.

 

Since the issue was not fixed and you were the only customer mentioning this situation, the case has been forwarded to our Tech Department - hence the slight delay. 


We would also like to mention that, as per your requests, both of your deposits have been refunded to your credit card and, according to our Terms and Conditions, the balance should be reflected into your account in up to 12 business days.
