Like other customers, I experienced the same issues. Ordered a GPS at a great price. Email received to confirm my order, and I was asked to call a number. I called and was given someone's voice mail. I responded that my order was fine like it was, and if there were anymore questions, to call my cell phone. I then went online and found issues others had experienced. I received more emails to call and confirm and again, I got a voice mail, where I stated that I didn't need any accessories, to just send the product. Below are the two of the emails, the second stating that my order is now on backorder, just like the others. No word since.
