99 SANTA 99SANTA.com Never sent items, no way of contacting them, only receive automated responses when you email, refuse to reply back in fb messenger Internet

 I ordered some items from 99 Santa by following a Facebook ad on 12/15. I paid an additional $9.95 for expedited 2-day shipping. They sent a Facebook message and an email with confirmation. On the fb message, it said to contact them there if I had any questions about my order. After 5 days and still no tracking info I sent them a fb message asking for tracking info. I received no response. I then emailed them asking for tracking as this was a Christmas gift. I also visited their website and they do not have a customer service phone number anywhere. 5 more days pass and I finally receive an email apologizing for the delay and to allow an additional 5-9 days to receive the merchandise. I replied to that email asking for tracking info. The next day I got a response. It was literally the IDENTICAL email they had sent me the last time. It is obvious that it is just an automated reply and they do not intend to send out any items. I ended up contacting my credit card company to file a dispute as I have now exhausted all forms of trying to contact this company to resolve my issue directly. My credit card company has issued a temporary reversal of the charge and 99 Santa has 2 months to prove they sent and I received the merchandise. If they do not comply, the charge reversal is now permanent and 99 Santa will not get my money.
