Dec 1 Ordered gift for Christmas > 'will ship in 5-7 days'
Dec 8 I emailed 99SANTA to get tracking number, after not hearing anything from them
Dec 12 response back - 'here is email tracking link - pleae allow 5-9 additional days due to order volume.. and HERE is a code for 15 % off for inconvenience'
Link doesn't work without downloading a specific app
Dec 17 emailed again - STILL no working tracking, and no package.
Dec 19 response "your package is in transit. I found a DIFFERENT way to track package - it wasn't even begun processing until Dec 18.
Dec 27 - according to tracking... package IS and HAS BEEN in Las Angeles since Dec 22. No further updates.
Since first ordering > I have received 12 additonal emails to buy MORE stuff! c'mon!!
