A-1 Discount Vacation Inc. rip-off! Changed addresses & phone numbers never got vacation, nor money back. Orlando, Altamonte Springs Florida

I purchase the vacation times 2, the guy said that would be ok, 2 for the same household, just put one in my name and the other in my husbands name. This was not supposed to happen, it is only one per household. They did grant it, however, we would only receive 2 park passes.

Anyway we received the vacation packages and planned the vacation. Spoke with them on the phone, faxed the information then sent the hard copy out with the refundable fee with priority mail and delivery confirmation.

Two weeks later the priority mail came back not deliverable, and can't forward. I called them on the phone (after calling about 4 people to get the right number) and they said oh yeah, we moved, they also had new phone numbers, and we were leaving on vacation in less than two weeks.

I told them to forget it and that i wanted my money back, and they said it was to late to get it back, and we still have never received any other information from them regarding anything.
