A-1 Leasing, bond Corporation constant threat of being sued for non-payment, while deducting money from account Ripoff Grand Rapids Michigan

This is truly a rip-off. we were constantly receiving threats from a steve miel stating that they had not received our monthly payment when in fact they had deducted the money from our bank account. The constant threat of being sued and reported to credit bureau is very stressful. we have paid over 1500$ for a piece of equipment we do not use, plus pay another 20$ a month for processing although we do not use the credit card machine. How can we get out of this?
