Tony Rocco pretends to be knowledgeable about pools. He attempted to replace my pool liner. Upon installation of the brand new liner, it was cut too short around the stairs. He attempted to stretch it and ripped it. He then tried to patch the 2.5 foot rip. The pool was losing almost 4" of water a day. His solution was to send his 14-year-old son into the pool scuba gear to find and patch the leak which he was never able to fix. I also paid for padding for behind the liner. He ordered the wrong padding and was never able to install it. This is all after months and months of waiting for "the liner to be delivered." That's just the beginning. His workers installed patio pavers so horribly and pitched towards the pool so that when it rained all the water ran right into the pool and since stone dust was used instead of polymeric sand, you can imagine all of the stone dust that went to the pool. Needless to say I had to have the Patio pulled up and re-done by professionals. Wait it gets worse. He ran the electric through pool fittings with duct tape. Wait there's more. Upon attempting to change the lights in the pool, he didn't seal the fixture properly and water got in rendering the whole fixture useless. The Polaris pump line was plumbed in backwards. The chlorinator was plumbed in in an incorrect spot and was not chlorinating the pool. I was also told that I had to "level the stairs," which I paid for, however they are about 7 inches unlevel. I could go on and on.
