Sought A Auto Repair (AAA Auto Repair) via craigslist, towed vehicle to their facility located at 8504 Hilcroft, Houston, Texas 77096. They completed repairs without authorization, never provided me with estimate for cost of service, repaired my vehicle without my knowledge, forged my signature, refused to release my vehicle after totaling up fraudulent totals for repairs not authorized. Refused to give me belongings needed in my vehicle, banking information, credit information, title registration information and other sensitive personal documentation. 

 

HPD was called and refused to assist after assault because HPD admitted to being a friend of the A Auto Repair (AAA Auto Repair) representative. HPD officer referred to him as Magic and stated that they had been out there several times before for similar situations.
