A Best Car Parts/A-1 A 1 Parts Stop Fraudulent Company Dallas, Texas

I wish I would it read this review before purchasing a transmission  from A-1 Parts Shop. On Saturday (03/03/12)  I called to get a quote for a transmission. A guy name Steve told me he had it, I drive all the way to Dallas and asked If I could see the transmission  before I purchase  and he told  me the transmission was still on the car. He  asked for some deposit so he can have it pull ed . I waited  2 hours I got my transmission  and paid $1300 for it. I gave it to my mechanic  on Monday for him to install it for me and he realized  that the transmission was the wrong one!

After exchanging it twice because he obviously did not have the right transmission (wrong size, appears to be for an older car. )

After taking 2 trips I got upsed and demanded my money back ,  Steve tell me they can't give me my money back and they don't have my part. So I am out of $1300, no car & I owe the money I had to borrow to get my transmission. I am contacting the BBB, "Elrod Law" & the DPD.

 AVOID this business please!!
