This is the story of my awful experience at A+ Gentle Dental Of Oceanside. 2216 El Camino Real #122, Oceanside California 92056 Phone Number: 760-439-7800

March 2005 I had my first appointment and after the checkup the dentist suggested I have bad gums and need deep root cleaning which cost me ~$1,900.00. After 5 visits the Dentist suggested that my gums were not improving and I needed to pay more money to solve the problem. At this time I said no way.

July 2006 I went for my yearly cleaning and again the dentist suggested I had bad gums and needed more deep cleaning. This time I paid $2,395.00. I was getting suspicious to I went for a second opinion. Another local dentist said that I did NOT have deep pockets. He said the action suggested by A+ Gentle Dental was too aggressive. He informed me that industry standard is to charge $150 - $200 per quadrant, $300 per quadrant in the most expensive of dentist offices.

So I got screwed twice, not only did I NOT have bad gums and did not need the treatment, but If I did need the treatment it should have cost 3 times less!!!!!!!!!!

I went to A+ and requested a refund, they refused. They did not even complete the treatment yet they are not giving my money back. I have called several times and they refuse to talk to me.

So in summary, if A+ Dental is your dentist get the hell away before they rip you off, and if your looking for a dentist in Oceanside stay as far as possible from these people.

if this has happened to you, contact me, maybe we can get a lawyer for a class action law suit.
