A Womans Touch Cleaning Service Calgary Rude, Abrupt, Worst business Ethic I have ever experienced Internet, Internet

 I purchased 2 cleaning packages on Deal Find for A Womens Touch Cleaning Service early in August. When I called to book an appointment I was informed that I would have to wait a month and had no choice of time or day for my appointment. I went ahead and  booked the appointment for the end of August, but had not heard from the company, so on the morning that they were supposed to clean I called at 9.40am(a very decent time for a business call) and was hung up on the first time without even as much as a Hello. I called back and had a very rude response from a lady telling me that she "shouldn't even be answering the phone or talking to you because I am driving." The phone number I called is the same one that I called when booking the appointment.

 She called back about 45 minutes later and when I suggested that It would be better to let the call go to voice mail rather than be so rude and abrupt to a potential client she  accused me of yelling and being rude and that the reason for her hanging up on me was because I called, over and over and over again. How can that be ? I only called a second time because I was hung up on the first time. She proceeded to tell me that she didnt have voicemail. Eventually Corrine came on the phone and immediately told me that she would not tolerate anyone being rude and abusive to her staff.  She told me that this lady was very patient and polite and had never been rude or abrupt with anyone before. She also said that if anyone yelled at the client it was she herself because she had far less patience with clients. It seems that no one at this company knows any kind of customer service and as soon as anyone has a complaint or challenges them they react by accusing you of being rude and abusive. Since I had already paid for this service I gave them the choice of fulfilling their commitment or refunding my money. She agreed on sending a team out for noon.

 A few hours later I received another call from Corrine telling me that she was sending out a different team and gave me their names and that they would be there for noon and warning me that they would not tolerate any kind of abuse while they were in my house. Well guess what NO SHOW. Tried calling, no reply. Finally got voice mail that said the mailbox was full and to call back later. Tried again and again and finally got Corrine on the phone today. She seemed not to know anything when I told her that no one had showed up yesterday. It is her business after all, I think she would be aware if her staff didnt show up for an appointment.  She told me that she had sent out- in her exact words- Sobi- or whatever her name is. When I asked for a refund she first told me that she hadnt received payment from Deal Find and she had tried to cancel with them because she wasnt getting paid. I told her that I was going to call Deal Find and request my money back and  also mention that she had said that she not been paid by them. Here the story changed and she said that yes she did in fact get paid but only 2 weeks later. I am not able to use my voucher for a month yet she gets paid 2 weeks after I pay for the voucher and then they are a no show.
 
I would  also suggest checking out  more reviews on Yxxx (((REDACTED))) for this company.
 
I wish that I had done my research before thinking about purchasing a package from A Womens Touch Cleaning company. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from Deal Find for the 2 packages I bought. All I can say is Buyer Beware.
