I first met Jason Gorido, the prior owner of A-Z Cycles on the 13 of October, 2007. He sold me a Jet Moto 150ATV. He told me that he just made a commercial with one (the one I bought), and would discount it $400.00 and still give a full warranty. I bought it.

First time I rode it, it broke down. I called and he told me bring it in and I'll rebuild the carburator. I did, they finished so I took it home and the next time I went to ride it, the same thing happened. I called again and they again told me to drive it down to them and they would replace the carb. with a new one. I live 100 miles away.

So, again I did but I scarred the side of the carb. and when they were done, I went to get it. took it home and realized they not only did not replace it but they did not put the ATV back together. I called again, the new owner Mark told me that Jason sold the business and that he was just trying to help. But, owed me nothing. He sent me a couple of bolts and replaced the seat they broke and told me to fix it myself.

I ask where Jason was, he replied that he didn't know. I found out later from the Jet Moto Corporation that Jason was fired by them for doing this very thing to other customer. And that he owed them alot of money. The owner Eugene Yesin said he would send me a carburator and tell me how to find Jason.

I did find him and called him. At which time he told me to find a local Mechanic to fix the ATV and he would pay for it. I had the owner of the garage call him and Jason verified that he would pay the bill and that he was responsible. I took the ATV in to be fixed, but had to pay the bill because Jason just disappeared and did not pay. I have a letter from the Mechanic and the garage. Many recorded conversations with Jason admitting fault and many document also.

My intention is to sue him in small claims court and tell everyone I can about all involved. Buyers Beware of cons and bad businesses. Going back to Eugene Yesin of Jet Moto (the owner) I have a recording of a conversation where he gave me permission to use the content of what we discussed for court against Jason. He told me to type it out as we spoke about it and email it to him and he would sign it and notorize it and send it back so that I would have it for court.

Two weeks past and I kept calling and finally got his assistant, who told me he was busy. I said what happened. This company had many negative comments to make about Jason and told me that they would support me and now is backing out. I was told again, we are busy. I ask, how long does it take to print off the letter and sign it and send it to me. I feel like the corruption goes up even higher, What is going on?

Finally I was told that they didn't like the way if was worded, so I ask them to re-write the letter to their satisfaction and then send it and again. They were just trying to buy time. Finally, I was told that they didn't want to help so, I said fine I would procede with the info I have to date including the taped conversation where Eugene Yesin of Jet Moto gave me permission to use the content of our conversation we had on the phone. So, up to this point I was thankful for the help I was getting; but now I feel like Jet Moto too is not a reputable company. I will sue Jason Gorido and post the outcome later. Beware, he has since opened a new Company in Peoria , Az. call Vision Power Sports. 7612 W. Vogel Ave. Peoria,Az. 85345

I almost forgot, this is only a small amount of what wrong he has done to me. It took 5 and 1/2 months for me to get my Certificate of Origin (Title). And I had to get it from the Manufacturer in California. I have paid out probably another $400 to $500 in fixing this up. Not counting court cost.

I really am very disappointed and angry. You respectfully choose someone to do business with and give them your money in good faith, just to be screwed and without even caring how their customers are treated, once the cash is in his hand. I urge you to be careful.

I now own a ATV that not everything can be fixed locally. Its very hard to buy parts for it. I even had to go to the manufacturer for a battery. The ATV isn't bad but the chain of people to this point I have had to deal with are dishonest, liars or spineless. Want your money and your business but don't want to get involved or be reputable. I hope what goes around truley will come around for them.
